Penylan Women's Institute in Cardiff, is an afternoon WI formed in April 2010 for women of all ages and interests. We meet regularly for friendship, fun and to learn new skills.
We meet in St Edward's monthly on the second Wednesday of each month at 2.00pm.
The WI has a WI social on the third Wednesday of the month.
We have craft sessions on other Wednesday afternoons which cost £2.50 per session materials and refreshments are supplied.
Outing generally take place on a Wednesday . costs will be annouced ar Meetings when they have been arranged.
Penylan WI is part of the Glamorgan Federation of Women's Institutes and the National Federation of Women's Institutes. Many events are organized through the county federation for members. These include holidays, visits, sporting events, celebrity speakers, arts and crafts, and public interest days.
